Nearly three decades of focused eye surgery in Encino
Freedom Vision Surgery Center, LLC began operations on October 29, 1997, on the first floor of the professional building at 16255 Ventura Boulevard — the same convenient Encino home we have today. From the beginning, the center was built around a simple idea, expressed in our motto: “Built by physicians for physicians and their patients.”
Freedom Vision opens its doors on October 29, 1997 — a surgery center in the heart of Encino devoted exclusively to outpatient ophthalmology.
Over the years the center expanded to three operating rooms and built its own program of excellent anesthesia care — while remaining 98.72% physician owned.
Medicare certified and AAAHC accredited, Freedom Vision continues to invest in the newest surgical technology — from femtosecond lasers to adjustable lenses — for patients across the San Fernando Valley.
