Services & Technology
State-of-the-art facilities, built for one specialty: your eyes
Every detail of Freedom Vision Surgery Center — our operating rooms, our microscopes, our lasers — exists for ophthalmic surgery alone. That focus means your surgeon works with the most advanced equipment in eye care, and you are cared for by a team that performs these procedures every single day.
Our Facility
Three operating rooms — all dedicated to eye surgery
Our three full operating rooms are equipped exclusively for ophthalmology. Nothing here is shared with other specialties, and every room is set up for the precision eye surgery demands — advanced surgical microscopes, laser systems, and monitoring equipment chosen specifically for delicate work measured in fractions of a millimeter.
- Medicare certified & AAAHC accredited — held to the same rigorous safety and quality standards as the nation's best hospitals.
- Purpose-built for outpatients — arrive, have your procedure, and recover at home the very same day.
- A calm, focused setting — smaller and quieter than a hospital, with a team that knows your procedure inside and out.
Laser Cataract Surgery
The LenSx® femtosecond laser: precision you can trust
For laser cataract surgery, our surgeons use the LenSx® femtosecond laser — computer-guided technology that maps your eye in three dimensions and performs key steps of the procedure with laser precision. It is paired with Centurion® and Stellaris® phacoemulsification systems, which gently remove the clouded lens using ultrasound energy, and viewed through Lumera® 700 surgical microscopes for a crystal-clear, high-magnification view of your eye.
And because we offer all major lens platforms and manufacturers, your surgeon can choose the implant that truly fits your eyes and your lifestyle — including the revolutionary Light Adjustable Lens™, the only lens whose prescription can be fine-tuned with light treatments after your surgery, once your eye has healed and you have had a chance to experience your new vision.
Comfort & Safety
Excellent anesthesia care, devoted to your comfort
Most eye surgery is performed with gentle sedation and numbing drops — no general anesthesia, no breathing tube, and a quick, easy recovery. What makes Freedom Vision different is our excellent anesthesia care, provided by our own dedicated team that works in our center every day and specializes in the needs of eye surgery patients.
From the moment you arrive, they are focused on two things: keeping you comfortable and keeping you safe, with continuous monitoring throughout your procedure and recovery.
